The present work is a mathematical study of the periodicities and climatic fluctuations of atmospheric ozone from 1957 through 1990. The study is based on revised total ozone Dobson data from 33 ground based stations at geographical latitudes ranging from 74° 43΄ N to 54° 30΄ S. These data are the same as the data set used by NASA/WMO for the ozone layer assessment by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) in Geneva (WMO Reports Nrs. 18 and 25, published in 1988 and 1991 respectively).
