Through research we realize that the criteria of the spirituality's constitute secure conditions for the construction of a healthy intellectual life, even nowadays. The tranquillizing life inspires the believers, and it chooses Saints even in our days, as it is proved by the recent Saint classification of two Mount Athon's monks Saint Paisios and Saint Porfyrios.
