Catalogue of a major retrospective exhibition of the work of sculptor Natalia Mela at the new Annexe of the Benaki Museum, which seeks to cover all the phases of her artistic oeuvre. Divided into thematic groups, the exhibition includes over 160 works, from the sculptor's personal collection, the National Glyptotheque of Greece, the War Museum and many private collections in Greece and overseas. At the same time visitors will have the opportunity to become familiar with the birthplace of the works and the various stages of the creative process, as an exact replica of the sculptor’s studio has been set up within the exhibition space, with all the basic tools, the models and other unfinished works. The exhibition has been curated by Alexandra Tsoukalas.
