The "Τοροi" exhibition presents a selection of artworks by both Greek and international artists from the collection of the Thessalonica Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art, in a series of units-topoi. Such topoi emerge so as to reorganize in multiple and diverse ways the different ensembles and donations which have formed the museum, providing a wide conceptual dimension and a reading of the museum and its collection as a unified entity. In Athens, starting from the New Benaki Museum on Piraeus Street and the Central one in Κοumbai, to the Zappeion, the Alex Mylona museum and to the School of Fine Arts a series of thematic or monographic units-topoi-which gather together about one quarter of the 1600 works that the Museum collection includes today is presented.
